Design

We offer a full structural and building design service for all types of projects including new build, extensions, conversions and refurbishment in both the private and public sectors. Working closely with other local professionals, contractors and fabricators, we help to deliver innovative buildings and structures from concept to completion.

Our creative and pragmatic approach ensures our designs result in safe, robust, and economic buildings. Our project work ranges from small residential alterations to large multi-storey steel framed developments. We prepare structural calculations and designs in steelwork, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber for Building Regulations submission etc.

An understanding of the ground conditions is essential to allow the correct foundation specification to be determined. As part of the structural/building design process we also arrange appropriate site investigations to permit us to design the building substructure.
